We hope you find the website easy to use and you can find everything you need, whatever your requirements! 

There is no minimum order, and delivery is free on orders over £30.

Trade accounts are available for all customers.  You dont have to have a business, or be a professional baker, you just need to use a lot of sprinkles!  You can click on the menu item for 'Trade Accounts' at the top of the page at any time to find out how to apply.  

If you are new to our websites, then below you will find a brief guide on some of the things you can do! If you have previously used our scrumptious.uk.net website, you will see that a lot is familiar, but now you have many more options of the sizes of products you can buy!

You filter your selection in a number of ways - colour, type of sprinkle, occasion, dietary requirements, ingredients, to name but a few!

Different options for how you place your order

As well as the traditional way of browsing through menus and adding items to your basket, you now have a couple of much quicker ways if you know what you are looking for! Try Using 'Trade View' or our 'Quick Order' Options

Trade view will list all of the items in your selection and allow you to simply choose what quantity in the size you need without having to go into each individual product!

Use Quick Order if you know your product codes!

Simply enter your product code, tab across and select the size pack you require and the quantity

We are building up more information on each of our products so its easier to know exactly what you are getting BEFORE you place your order!  More detailed product descriptions and technical information, as well as more images, including images of the packaging of the products!

Ingredients and nutritional information

Here you will find all the information about the products, including ingredients, nutritionals and allergens.  You can also request a full specification from here if you wish.

Packaging details

As you click on the size you require, you will see an image of how it is packaged for the mini pouches, scrumptious pots and Twist bags. This will eventually be available for all products, but they may not all be there from go live!

Your Account

You will find it much easier to manage your account yourself.  

Remember - If you are a trade customer, you will need to Log-in to see your trade prices and receive further shopping basket discounts. Unfortunately we cannot apply discounts to an order retrospecively - it would need to be deleted and raised again.  Sorry!

Once you have Logged in you will have access to your account history and any trade discounts you are eligible for.  

Once you have logged in you will see the work 'log in' change to 'Account'

You should be able to use the email addresss you have previously used (where your welcome email was sent to) along with the password included therein.  We suspect there may be issues with your first login and if this is the case, please do not hesitate to email or call us on 01584 711723 and we will manually reset your password for you.

What can I do in my account area?

Lots!

  • You can see an overview of your account
  • From Order History, you can download invoices from previous orders and copy previous orders to your basket.  You can also track the status of your order from here.
  • You can update your details and change your password
  • You can create as many invoice and delivery addresses as you wish so that you can select them from your basket when ordering
  • You can view and Saved Bags (abandoned carts) 
  • You can update your marketing preferences
