Minimum Order Value
We don’t have a minimum order value. However carriage paid is £150.00.
Stock Availability
All products are sold subject to availability. We aim to always have stock of all of items, but with over 1500 products, it is impossible to hold large stock of all lines. If you require more than 4 boxes (4kg, 10k, 12.5kg, 25kg) of any item it is likely we will have to make special arrangements to fulfil this and will contact you. If we are out of stock when we receive your order we will contact you, using the details you have provided and ask how you would like to proceed. Options may include a refund for the out of stock items, or holding your order until stock has been received.
Pre-Orders
We now have the option for you to Pre-Order some items when we are Out of Stock. If you chose to do this, we will despatch the items when they arrive. An indicative date will be shown on the product you have Pre-Ordered but this is by no means a guarantee that they will despatched on this date. We will review the date and update it as we receive more information.
It is important to note, that whilst discounts will be applied to your Pre-Order at the point of your original order, each delivery amount needs to be £150 to qualify for free delivery. When your pre-order arrives, we will contact you to discuss delivery options.
Deliveries
For UK Mainland
Free delivery on orders to UK Mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands) over £100 excluding VAT and delivery
For orders to UK Mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands) under £150, we charge £8.30 plus VAT
Our aim is to get your order to you with 2-3 working days.
Unfortunately we have to charge a higher delivery charge for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland because we are charged more to deliver to these place by our courier. Please ensure you select the correct delivery zone for your delivery address.
Shelf Life
Many products have a specified shelf life from the date of manufacture. We endeavour to give you as long a shelf life as possible on your products and a minimum of 3 months. If you have any questions or concerns on this issue then please contact us. Please bear in mind that some photos may not give a true reflection of colour and the actual product may vary from the picture. If this is critical, please request a sample.
