DISPATCH & PRODUCTION ASSISTANT - Seasonal
Seasonal positions have become available for part time Dispatch & Production Assistants to join our friendly team based in Brimfield, near Ludlow.
We are looking for two or three seasonal staff who can join us on a temporary basis, being reliable and flexible in the hours you can work.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Pick and dispatch orders for Twist Ingredients, Scrumptious and Amazon
- Mix and pack products as required, both sprinkles and cupcake cases
Due to responsibilities at the beginning and end of each day, part time would mean, ideally, working a full day (9am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm Friday).

- Seasonal work on a casual basis until mid-December, with hours being mutually agreed

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR - Full Time, Permanent
We are recruiting for a full time Production Coordinator to join our growing team at Sprinkles HQ, based in Brimfield, near Ludlow. Truly (UK) is a thriving company, creating an interesting opportunity for the correct candidate to develop this new role further.
We are looking for an organised and dynamic individual, to oversee and organise the production operation of the business, ensuring a smooth and efficient process where quality expectations and hygiene standards are maintained. This role best suits a proactive and self-motivated individual who enjoy working systematically and productively.
This is a new role, you will need to be flexible to allow this post to evolve as the business grows and we work towards BRCGS in 2024.
Role Requirements
- Knowledge of HACCP and Allergen Management
- Level 3 HACCP Training is desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Prior supervisory experience is desirable
- A full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle is required for this post.
- Confident decision making skills
- Effective planning skills & excellent time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership
- Ability to lift and move weights in excess of 20kg as required
- Exceptional communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities
- Organise the workload for production each morning and throughout the day, by managing orders received and prioritising work, ensuring the team can meet production deadlines.
- Strictly follow our allergen management procedure, from segregating the work, to encouraging an excellent Food Safety culture amongst the production team.
- Promote and develop production policies and procedures, inline with our Quality Management System, HACCP and SALSA accreditation, promoting the best working practices within production. Ensure quality of output is maintained by completing Compliance documents, including pre-start checks before production commences, as well as checks throughout the day.
- Act as a Coordinator between all departments, including the Office and Compliance Team, nurturing cooperation and communication.

We are looking for an organised and dynamic individual, who can use their own initiative to fulfil the role, expand their knowledge and grow with the company. This role best suits a proactive and self-motivated individual who enjoy working systematically and productively.
Role Requirements
- Knowledge of stock control & stock management, is desirable
- A full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle is required for this post.
- Must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Must possess strong organisational skills and have a high attention to detail.
- Qualifications – 3 GCSEs grade C and above (or equivalent) including maths and English
- Prior office experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move weights in excess of 25kg.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Excellent time management skills.
Key Role Responsibilities
- To ensure an efficient stock rotation system is in place and observed
- To ensure the warehouse is maintained to a high standard, promote good housekeeping and ensure stock is organised logically
- Receive deliveries, check the goods are correct and report any discrepancies and damage, by following the established procedures and forms
- Stack and organise spare stock and seasonal stock
- Support the Compliance Team by maintaining checklists, logs and documentation relating to Health & Safety and our Food Safety Accreditations.
