S&C Easy Bake Classic Sponge Cake Mix is absolutely delicious, light, makes a beautiful sponge, soft and moist, a beautiful cake for carving too.
This cake mix is white in colour.
Recipe:
1kg – Classic Sponge Cake Mix
350g - Egg
300g – Vegetable oil
250g - Water
Directions:
- Place the Cake Mix into your mixing bowl
- Mix Eggs, Oil & Water together then add to the cake mix.
- Mix for 2 minute at a slow speed. Scrape down.
- Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed.
- Divide between a muffin, sandwich, or loaf tin.
Oven Temperature:
160°C / 320°F (fan assisted 140°C / 284°F)
400g loaf cake for 40-50 mins / 120g muffin for 25-30 mins
