We are delighted to announce that our products are now available in sachet form!
With a width of 65mm, the length of our sachets can be varied to accommodate a packing weight of 20g - 50g.
The majority of our products can be packed in this way, meaning the possibilities are endless!
SMALL OR LARGE RUNS POSSIBLE!
With our versatile Verical Form Fill Sealer, we can pack any quantity for you, from as little as 5kg of product.
Our standard packaging is clear, food safe film, printed with batch number and best before date. If required, we can also print full ingredients on the packaging, and a black and white logo.
Alternatively, if you want fully branded packaging, we can put you in contact with a film manufacturer who can help you design suitable packaging for your own branded products. We can then pack your choice of products into this film for you.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Pricing for a standard sachet is made up as follows
- Set Up Fee - this is the same no matter how many sachets you have.
- A standard production cost per sachet - as standard, each sachet is printed with a batch number and best before date.
- A cost for boxes, which includes a standard printed label with batch number, best before date, quantity and ingredients.
- A cost for delivery.
- The cost of the product we are packing for you.
- Any additional requirements - such as printing ingredients on every sachet, adding a logo etc.
